I am unconditionally giving this drive to Xtreme Data Recovery. I give full unconditional consent to Xtreme Data Recovery to recover my data from my/my customers/friends/any ones storage device for which I take full responsibility for data recovery.

I am aware that the drive is a non-functioning device, I know that the data recovery from such a storage device is difficult to do. I accept any recovery method or procedure as deemed fit.

I am giving permission to open the drive/PCB/CASING/CABINET/ENCLOSURE physically, if needed, also to repair, or replace, make changes to PCB, and the original firmware, or other parts. I agree that the process of data recovery is a tampering process and the recovery process may be unsuccessful.

I shall accept the data as is. The files may be missing file names and meta data. If a virus caused the damage, data recovery will not correct this type of scenario.

I shall not claim any warranties, monies, or data loss charges from Xtreme Data Recovery.

I agree that I shall pay the entire balance once a file list has been approved and before any data can be released. If I do not approve of the file list, then there is no fee. Fees only apply if additional parts were required and pre-approved. If I want the defective storage returned, I will pay shipping costs.

I know that data could be trapped in bad sectors, and may not be salvaged and may be lost forever.

I know that certain file types have header files, which can get damaged with viruses, malware, Trojans and/or power fluctuations, or during data transfer, or already get corrupted by cut paste methods.

I understand that no guarantee of working data/full data/full working data or a working drive is possible.

I am aware that my storage device can completely fail/stop functioning/have firmware problems/get more damaged, because my storage device was already in a non-functioning condition.

I am aware that the drive could be non-returnable, if I do not pay the charges in full, or postpone payment.

I am solely responsible for all and any type of data from the drive, and Xtreme Data Recovery is not responsible for obscene data, pictures, or movies downloaded in the drive illegally.

I am solely responsible for any systems, system files, unlicensed software, copied, downloads, of all software and data in the drive, including pirated material. The liabilities if any arising from litigations will be paid by me and not Xtreme Data Recovery.

I have read the agreement and unconditionally agree as a necessary process before I submit my storage device. I accept this agreement. I declare that all that is being done is for my precious data.
